About The Client
Our client is a well-known financial service company and they are looking for PMO Manager to join their team.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage various business initiatives, from project management, prioritization, concept origination, product cost modeling, progress tracking to execution
- Act as a client facing technical representative and prepare project implementation plan
- Drive strategic planning for merchant solutions and go-to-market implementation
- Prepare proposal, manage agreement vetting, RFP and tendering for partners and merchants
- Collaborate with external clients, merchants, business partners and internal IT teams on business planning and project delivery
- Take in charge of vendor sourcing and management
- Prepare documentation, reporting and assist in presentation preparation when needs
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management or Business administration related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management including proposal and tender preparation duties, preferably working in fintech, telecommunication or financial service industries
- Proficient in business writing and able to translate technical requirements into business language
- Proven track record in project management, RFP and agreement vetting
- Good business acumen with exposure in payment system related technologies
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, self-motivated and independent with good interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager
