About the company
Our client is one of the well-established and fast growing retail banking groups in Hong Kong. In order to cope with the recent expansion, they are now looking for a Product Manager for their retail banking project team.
About the role
Report directly to the Product Team Head, you will be responsible for the growth of banking product business and participated in related product enhancement projects. You will develop new product strategies and monitor the daily operation process from product formulation to product enhancement / streamline. You will prepare UAT and user requirements on product projects aiming at enhancing customer experience. You are also required to work with other departments (risk, compliance, marketing and product teams) and suggest recommendations for new products launch as well as participate in other bank-wide or digital projects.
About the person
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in banking product development with project experience.
- Solid knowledge in banking product is a must.
- Well organized, good project management skills and able to work independent.
- Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
