About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong Listed Developer and a new commercial complex is being constructed. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team to assist them on building some retail shops and other facilities.
About the role
- Identify the theme and provide the drawings and design
- Source materials and products for the drawings
- Prepare the mood boards to show the design concept
- Review fit-out design to ensure the design meets the company's standard
- Monitor the progress during construction stage to make sure the schedule is on schedule
- Liaise with government organization regarding design regulations
The successful applicants
- Diploma holder or above in Interior Design or related disciplines
- 2 years' or above experience, prefer handled hospitality, office, residential projects
- Innovative, good communication skills, able to work under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator
