About our Client
My client is an International renowned fashion brand under a listed group. Their stores are worldwide in APAC, Europe, North America. In order to expand their stores, they are looking for a Project Manager for their APAC business
About the Role
- Communicate with HQ and comment the design guideline on APAC stores
- Review the tendering and oversee the progress of projects including new stores, renovation etc
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. Landlord, contractors, consultants
- Plan and control budget to ensure the cost is within their budget
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Interior Design, Architectural or related disciplines
- 5 years' or above experience in. luxury fashion brand
- Independent, good communication skills, able to work under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
