Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a friendly and pleasant manner
- Answer and screen all incoming phone calls. Resolve caller inquiries or quickly refer to appropriate department for action
- Providing general administrative and clerical support when required.
- Responsible for appointing meeting room and keep conference room clean and tidy
- Assisting in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Jobs Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- Good commands of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Prior experience as a receptionist is preferred
Location:

Salary:
- Monthly $18,000-$20,000
