About Our Client
Our client is a well-known international electronic equipment manufacturing company, they are now seeking for an Executive Secretary to join them in supporting administrative issues of the team.
About The Role:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the team.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, both in physical and electronic formats.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Act as a central point of contact for the team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance, and liaise with relevant vendors.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related fields
- 3 -5 years of experience as a Team Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
