About the Client
Our client is a US-listed medical device company specializing in medical aesthetics. They offer top-of-the-line innovative medical aesthetic device and skincare products to businesses and consumers by delivering the highest results. To cope with their expansion plan, they are looking for a Regional Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their APAC team.
About the Role
Reporting to Regional Regulatory Affairs Head, You are responsible for managing multiple applications and ensuring compliance with regulations set by local country requirements in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and SEA regions. You will be working closely with agencies, distributors, and other stakeholders on regulatory affairs matters. Also, you will plan and oversee product trials and regulatory inspections in order to fulfil regulatory requirements to launch cutting edge products to target markets. Lastly, you need to keep up to date with national and international legislation, guidelines and customer practices as well as collecting, collating and evaluating scientific data from different sources.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Regulatory Affairs experience working in the medical device and/or cosmetics industry, with regional exposure in Asia Pacific region
- Bachelor degree holder in Science related disciplines
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
