About the Client
Our client is a globally renowned luxury fashion house. In order to cope with their expanding business, they are now looking for a high calibre Retail Operations Manager for the Hong Kong and Macau markets
About the Role
- Closely monitor the daily store activities of Hong Kong & Macao
- Work closely with external business partners & internal departments to ensure smooth shop handover, setup and closure
- Manage sales performance through incentive schemes settings and develop strategic plans for talent promotion
- Coordinate with all internal departments to provide full support to retail stores
- Establish and enhance the standard operation procedures for retail stores
- Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management or candidates with related experience will also be considered
- Over 6 years of sales and operations management experience in retail stores. Candidates with luxury retail exposure are highly preferred
- Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Good PC skills and knowledge in MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
