Our client is one of the affordable luxury fashion brand and currently looking for a Retail Operations Manager, HK & Macau to manage and lead its retail operations teams.
About the Role
- Lead, develop and support the sales and operations of all retail stores in Hong Kong & Macau
- Explore business opportunities, prepare monthly sales targets and KPI's
- Lead & motivate the team to achieve sales performance
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing departments to develop promotional events
- Analyze sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies
- Control store expenses and maintain budgets, continually striving to reduce costs
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 6 years of related retail luxury sales / store operation experience of which 2 years at managerial level
- Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager or Head of Retail
