About the Client
Our client is a luxury retailer with a strong historic background and a well-established business across the globe. The brand is currently under modernisation and is targeting an aspiring Education Executive whom is confident and prepared to introducing a whole new online training curriculum to the brand.
About the Role
- Assist in creating online and offline training modules and tools
- Coordinate with management and other relevant departments to identify areas in need of training and implementing regional training guidelines
- Closely monitor and evaluate each training course/module to ensure effectiveness
- Promote 100% participating rate on the e-learning platform
- Conduct field service observations and give timely feedback
- Monitor social platforms of the brand and produce relevant social posts on media platform
Requirements
- Tertiary Education/ Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Digital Design or any other related disciplines
- 3 years of working experience in retail training with prior experience in developing digital learning platform (candidates from luxury beauty or fashion MNC background are preferred)
- Experienced in training content development
- Analytical and proactive in reviewing post training results
- Communicative and excellent in both computer and mobile app literacy, including Microsoft Office and any video editing tools
- Excellent command in spoken in English and Cantonese
