Our client carries a trend setting services and they have an ambitious expansion plan ahead. They are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to join their management team.
About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for formulating an annual and long term sales strategy to achieve the business targets and market share development. Having a certain brand exposure in the market, you will lead a strategic market segmentation plan, identify targeted client portfolio and decision makers to kick off the sales journey. You will structure your sales team effectively to create a productive and efficient sales result. You will coach the team in sales pitch, presentation and deal closing from end to end, differentiate your services from the key competitors. In addition, you will revert the market intelligence and clients' feedback to the management team, which are crucial to the product offerings improvement in terms of quality, convenience, user experience and tailor made opportunity.
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, other related disciplines
- 15+ years sales strategy and business development experience from B2B
- Track record from solution/telecom/building services is preferred
- Experience in PNL and sales target achievement
- Start-up exposure has advantage
- Entrepreneur, fast pace, result driven with excellent leadership skills
