Job Description
Our client is a manufacturer of medical devices company, headquarter in USA in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a high calibre to join their team as Sales Operation Manager
Responsibilities
- In charge of the whole order fulfillment process for the business
- Manage overall sales operations including customer liaison, customer service, shipping, and logistics
- Handle and resolve any issues / inquiries related to order placement and logistic arrangement
- Work closely with the sales team, supply chain team (warehouse) to offer an efficient and timely delivery of products
- Provide and maintain a high standard of services to clients at different touch points
- Collect clients' feedback on sales support and recommend improvement plans for internal review
- Team leadership and coaching
Requirements:
- Degree holder in business or other related disciplines
- 8+ years' experience from sales administration & support or sales management or customer services
- Background from healthcare/medical product/FMCG will be preferred
- Excellent client management and problem-solving skills
- Customer oriented, detailed, fast pace and multi-tasking
- Outstanding communications in English and Chinese
