About the company
Our client is a prestigious market leader in the beauty industry. To facilitate their strategic change and business transformation, they are now looking for a high-caliber Senior Business Analyst to join their team in HK.
About the role
- Report to the Financial Controller.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to liaise with different brand managers to perform business analysis for multiple brands.
- Identify opportunities and risks in different aspects of the business.
- Draw data to prepare insightful management reports to facilitate decision making.
- Produce presentations slides for senior management.
- Prepare annual budget and forecasts.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Statistics related major.
- HKICPA qualification is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in conducting business analysis.
- Exposure in sizeable FMCG companies and retailers will be a definite advantage.
- Strong business acumen, analytical and presentation skills, stakeholder's management abilities, challenge-taker mindset and influencing power should be demonstrated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including Pivot table and Macros.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
