About the Company

Our client is a Leading IT&T company. They are now looking for Senior Customer Service Manager to support the corporate team.

Responibility

  • Report to department head, leading 2-3 Customer Service Manager and a team of around 20 CS
  • Work closly with internal and external parties across the area of service provisioning, fault management, fault resolution, network management, and crisis management
  • To monitor the Service Level Agreement (SLA), manage and deliver the projects within agreed schedule, cost and quality
  • Conduct regular services calls / service reviews with clients to promote efficiency, look for service improvements and seek for further business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above, preferably with Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or above qualification
  • At least 8 years of solid corporate client service / relationship management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Putonghua is an advantage
