About Our Client
Our client is a renowned retail group with multi brands. They are now looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer to join the regional call centre and perform daily call centre operations.
Responsibility
- Handle day-to-day customer enquiries and complaints
- Process daily orders via telephone, e-mail, live chat and assist the eCommerce platform operation
- Maintain a close relationship with the Sales Department and Logistic Team to ensure the products are delivered on time
- Coordinate with the Sales team for order status and credit issues
- Work closely with the Sales team to provide a variety of support services
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- DSE or above with at least 5 years of solid customer service experience
- Good telephone manners, strong hotline and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
