Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handles e-shop daily operations, work closely with warehouse, logistics and customer service teams to ensure all online orders and customer requests are processed timely and in standard
- Formulate policies and setting SOP and guidelines for customer service, warehouse and logistics management
- Prepare reports and analysis for e-shop operations
- Monitor customer service standard and provide suggestions for improvement
- Coordinate with 3PL management and monitor 3PL performance on a regular basis
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in E-Commerce/Business related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in E-Commerce operation
- Experience in E-Commerce customer service is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
