About The Client
Our client is an industry leader within the Engineering space. They are now hiring an HRBP responsible for one of their core business units.

About The Role

  • Partner with senior business leaders to analyse and interpret business needs, identify trends and work with the HR CoE teams to translate these into HR solutions.
  • Provide experienced advice and guidance in order to support and influence the the business in the implementation of HR policies and procedures in order to ensure better business performance.
  • Mitigate legal and reputational risks and meet business needs by demonstrating a clear understanding of all HR elements of the employee life cycle and policies.
  • Coach clients in the development of their people management skills (leadership, communications, etc.) to ensure improvements in performance management and trust.
  • Collaboratively advise on human resources planning measures, succession planning and talent development with the client groups and identify solutions to achieve appropriate staffing to meet operational needs.
  • Analyse, interpret and use various HR metrics and KPIs to provide guidance to the business.
  • Provide organisational effectiveness support, including analysing organisational design, developing high performing teams and increasing cooperation between departments.
  • Lead organisational change by providing change management strategies, stakeholder analysis and defining and implementing communications.
  • Manage, mediate and facilitate sensitive, delicate or complex employee relations issues, to mitigate grievances and maintain business continuity.
  • Work collaboratively across the HR team in order that stakeholders across the business receive a fast, accurate and high-quality service.
  • Other relevant duties and projects as may be required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in related fields from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 10-15 years (minimum 5-8 years for HRBP) of relevant professional experience working in in a multilateral development or organisation of similar scale or setting with a multicultural environment is required.
  • Extensive and proven professional HR generalist experience, preferably gained in the MNC/ Infrastructure / EPC sector.
  • Experience of working in a multi-national environment with a diversified workforce.
  • Expertise required explaining complex HR issues.
  • Proven track record of solving problems and delivering results.
  • Experience operating with excellent judgement, impartiality and integrity in a demanding client facing role.
  • Strong partnership, influencing, problem solving and client orientation skills to enable positive engagement with stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Change management, succession and workforce planning and talent management experience.
  • Strong ability to build trust and gain agreement.
  • Fluency in English & Chinese, both written and oral.
