Our client is a growing and stable bank. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a Senior L&D officer to support with the team's training logistics and coordination.
About The Role
Reporting into the team manager, you'd assist with conducting new staff orientation programmes and handle regular training logistics arrangement such as classroom set-up, managing training records and preparing training reports. You will also work closely with external training vendors to ensure smooth running of training courses, also assist in tracking and monitoring Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for staff in order to maintain relevant professional qualifications according to HKMA.
The ideal candidate will be degree educate with 3+ years hands-on experience in L&D administration. Experience working for banks and/or financial institutions will be essential. You will demonstrate the ability to multitask and deliver within tight deadlines, also good interpersonal and communications skills liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office, and Chinese will be required for this role.
