About Our Client

Our client is a family office, they are looking for a highly capable HR and Admin Officer to support both recruitment and office administration matters.

About The Role:

  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate and support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
  • Provide support in HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Organize travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff members.
  • Assist in the coordination of office events and activities.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 years or above experience in HR functions and recruitment support.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent English and Cantonese
