About Our Client
Our client is a family office, they are looking for a highly capable HR and Admin Officer to support both recruitment and office administration matters.
About The Role:
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate and support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
- Provide support in HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Perform general office administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
- Organize travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff members.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and activities.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 years or above experience in HR functions and recruitment support.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English and Cantonese
