Our client is one of the industry leaders in the pharmaceutical sector. They are now looking for a (Senior) Legal Manager to join as part of the international and dynamic team.
About The Role
Reporting into the Assistant General Counsel, you will provide legal advice to senior commercial management team to inform on business and regulatory strategy, legal challenges, risks and company policies. Overseeing the APAC regions, you will negotiate a range of agreements with customers and partners and consult on variety of commercial agreements and create and maintain templates that comply with company policies and respective laws. You will be expected to draft and maintain templates as required as well. Occasion travel will be required.
Requirements
To qualify, you will be a law degree holder with minimum 6+ years experience working for biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical companies. You will demonstrate strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail, also adopting a proactive approach and pragmatic problem solving skills. You will also demonstrate strong technical knowledge with the ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines. Excellent communication skills dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels will help excel in this role. Fluency in written and verbal business English required.
