About the company
Our client is a leading banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for high caliber for a Senior Manager position for their Digital Product and Digital Transformation team.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Banking, you will formulate end-to-end digital development strategies for retail product business. You are required to develop roadmap of digital plans and work closely with Banking Products, IT and Operations teams in building digital framework, implementation process and user story for retail banking business. Acting as an agile project leader in business team, you have to conduct workshops in suggesting digital product solutions and conducting banking system enhancement to drive bank-wise digital development. In addition, you will in-charge of new fintech development and other innovative plans to enhance customer digital experience as well as facilitate the effective launch of digital transformation of the bank.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Degree holder, preferably in digital development or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in digital banking and business transformation in retail banks.
- Good understanding of digital trends with innovative mind in leading banking product development in digital business.
- Strong business sense and knowledgeable in various banking product system projects.
- Solid in Agile project methodology / Scrum Master is required.
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
