About the Client
Our client is a trend setting and innovative organization headquartered in Hong Kong with a strong footprint across Greater China. With upcoming business needs, they are now seeking for a strategic, yet people oriented individual to join them as the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner.
About the Role
- Provide HR advisory to designated and respective business units
- Consults with line management, providing necessary HR guidance and support
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the CoE functions to develop effective solutions, programs and policies
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues impacting business efficiency
- Participate and assist continuous HR transformation and change
- Close collaboration with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale while increasing productivity and retention rate
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning and leadership development
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience gained as a HR professional with strong exposure in HR Advisory and or HR Account Servicing gained preferably from a fast-moving environment
- Proven experience in assisting the success of business restructuring and organizational change along with advisory towards the topics of manpower planning, succession planning, staff retention and employee engagement
- Strong business sense and numerically sensitive
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines while displaying exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Proficient user of MS Office and other digital HR tools
