About The Client
Our client is a well-established bank undergoing business transformation. They are now hiring a Senior Manager - Regulatory Reporting to join and drive the team and initiate ideas to streamline existing workflow.
About The Role
Reporting into the Team Head, you will review HKMA reports to ensure the business is compliant with regulatory requirements, you will review existing procedures and review financial disclosure and audited financial statements in regards to industry rules, and also support the maintenance of existing reporting system and database. Ad hoc finance projects will also be assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines, with 12+ years relevant regulatory reporting experience acquired from banking sector. Prior experience working for Big 4s a definite advantage. You will be an idea-generator and someone who can offer solutions to problems to facilitate with the business' transformation process. Strong communications skills in both English and Chinese required for this role; someone self-motivated and a good team player will excel in this role. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.
