Senior Manager/AGM Corporate Development
About the Company
Our client is a renowned conglomerate with a diversified business portfolio in Asia. To cope with their business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager for their Corporate Development Division.
About the Role
Reporting to the Corporate Development Director, you will work closely with Directors of different business units to align goals for business development, identify opportunities and execute initiatives that facilitate organic and inorganic growth. You will work as a project manager and manage the investment process (from pre-investment stage to post-investment integration and performance tracking). Also, you will need to conduct research, financial analysis and risk assessment. You will handle any ad-hoc projects for the group.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment, Economics or equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant corporate finance/corporate development experience
- Track Record in market-entry, JV formation, M&A is an advantage
- Fast-paced, analytical, independent and able to multi-task
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
