About the Company
Headquartered in Hong Kong, our client is prestigious retail brand with strong presence in the Greater China. To enhance their operation efficiency, they are now looking for a Senior Manager/ Manager to lead a new accounting unit specializing in process reengineering and system implementation.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Finance, you will lead a neat finance project team to streamline workflow among accounting teams under various business units. You will look into Accounts Payable and Online Banking, identify loopholes and risks and propose recommendations to enhance operation efficiency. You will support Oracle implementation, engage in UAT, respond to enquiries and provide trainings for the accounting team members.
About the Candidate
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in sizable corporations
- Solid experience in process reengineering and system implementation is compulsory
- Oracle user experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
