About the Client

A well-known and industry leading multinational corporation is now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Senior Manager, Total Rewards covering operations across Asia Pacific.

About the Role

  • Consulting, influencing and engaging business leaders and HR stakeholders in the design and development of policies, guidelines, processes, and strategies to support the business strategy / plan
  • Representing regional and business perspective in partnering with global corporate functions including Compensation, Global Mobility, Executive Compensation and Benefits to design, implement, maintain and update local Compensation, Benefits, Wellness and International Mobility programs for APAC
  • Ensuring C&B programs are externally competitive and internally equitable to support the talent agenda of the business
  • Provide regional expert knowledge on C&B areas and consulting support to HRBPs and business leaders on complex C&B issues
  • Educate HR and business leads about total pay and performance management programs to incentivize business performance and engage employees
  • Building strong relationships with key internal customers and external vendors to understand market trends and practices

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of hands on experience in the area of total rewards management preferably from fast moving industry with regional coverage
  • Strong knowledge and application in driving transformation and change from a C&B perspective
  • Track of record of success in the design, development and implementation of effective total rewards initiatives in accordance to business objectives
  • Good understanding of local and regional employment ordinance, taxation and reward practices
  • Confident, growth mindset and excellent people skills to work with different cultures and staff of all levels
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Strong user of cloud base HR systems is preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
