About the Company
Our client is a popular department store that offers premium food & beverages as well as lifestyle consumer products. To accommodate the upcoming expansion phase management is looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to join as the Marketing Department Head responsible for overseeing the general brand marketing and promotion functions.
About the Role
- Lead multiple teams including digital marketing team, and creative team to roll-out online and offline marketing campaigns
- Drive the re-branding of promotion strategies of the existing retail stores and define the guidelines for operations planning
- Work closely with the merchandising team and coordinate regular promotion programs
- Keep abreast of the market trend and implement the appropriate marketing strategies to further enhance brand visibility and awareness
- Closely follow and review marketing strategies, and perform budget planning and expenses control
- Review market intelligence and integrate the research findings to the business
- Approve and review internal and external marketing collateral
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing or any related business disciplines
- Minimum of 10 years Retail Marketing experience with at least 3 years serving as a department head within the FMCG Retail sector
- Marketing candidates from mass retail chain will be an advantage, open to other fast-moving retail marketing profiles
- Creative strategic mindset with strong business acumen
- Fast-paced and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
