About the company
Our client is a well-established and sizable retail banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Product Manager for their Card Loans team.
About the role
Reporting to the Section Head of Card Loans Product, you are responsible for the development of overall product planning of Card Loans, portfolio management and channel sales performance (branch, digital and telesales channels). You will closely work with marketing, operation and project departments in launching new product programs and digital initiatives to enhance customer experience. You are required to monitor the card loan portfolio growth and to formulate segmentation strategy. In addition, you will manage P&L, budget control and conduct business analysis to drive company targets effectively.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in product development of Card Loans / Personal Loans Products in retail bank.
- Sound knowledge in loans product compliance, portfolio management and digital projects.
- Strong business sense, good project management skills and able to work independent.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Manager position.
