About the company
Our client is one of a fast-growing and well-known retail banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their recent expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their Deposit Product team.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Product Development, you will be responsible for formulating end-to-end product and marketing strategies of Deposit products to achieve business target. You are required to develop new product plans for various customer segments and generate marketing ideas in enhancing customer digital acquisition, digital sales and product usage. In addition, you have to lead junior members in deposit product design, new system projects, product features development, product compliance updates and conducting market trend analysis to maximizing business revenue.
The successful candidate
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of deposit product development experience in retail banks, with solid digital exposure is a must.
- Sound in managing Deposit product projects with innovative mind.
- Independent, multi-tasking and self-motivated.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
