About the Client
Our client is an established entertainment conglomerate in Hong Kong with offices and operations across Hong Kong and Greater China. With a portfolio of acclaimed subsidiaries in different sectors and a vision to transform and advance their business, they are now seeking for a Senior Marketing Manager to support their fast expansion in the Tourist Segment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director and managing a team of 10+ staffs, you will plan and execute business development, marketing and CRM strategies to increase business from China tourists and enhance customer satisfaction. You will enhance customer experience and reinforce customer relationship. You have to develop initiatives relating to China business development with partners such as cross-border bus companies, Hotel Associations, travel agencies and Hong Kong Tourism Board etc. Leveraging popular travel apps in China to promote entertainment options in order to drive tourists traffic.
You are expected to formulate effective marketing and CRM strategies and execute holistic segment marketing programs. You will define loyalty measurements and through analysis, you will identify opportunities and drive customer engagement and retention. You are the keyperson to manage marketing and loyalty budgets.
You will communicate with stakeholders and continuously review operations to improve operation efficiency. You have to assist in ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Working experience in PRC and good understanding of PRC customers and their behaviours are highly preferred
- Solid event management and logistic coordination experience
- Strong network with relevant associations and business partners
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficient command of Putonghua
