About The Client
Our client is a well-established commercial group that driving innovative technology and they are looking for Senior System Architect to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Act as team lead to develop and manage data-driven digital service platform including frontend & backend system, micro-services, and data governance
- Determine the prioritizations of development tasks and advise on architecture framework in form of technology stack, principles, guidelines, best practices, tools, etc
- Advise technical specifications from translating business requirements
- Responsible for system development, integration, deployment and operation to enhance the quality of technology development and user experience
- Lead a development team and manage vendors to go through project lifecycles and ensure projects deliverables with qualities
- Develop risk management and carry out disaster recovery plan
- Provide support and training to the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in software development while 2 years in solution architect
- Hands-on experience in frontend and backend development using TypeScript, Angular.js, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB
- Knowledge in micro-service, container orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes would be an advantage
- Experience in Open API design and integration would be also an advantage
- Solid team leading and vendor management experience
- Familiar with agile methodology
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, good problem solving and organization skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
