Senior UI/UX Designer role for fast expanding fintech/insurtech with clients across various sectors.
Responsibilities
- Design exciting and innovative design solution for user interfaces
- Collaborating with other creative teammates and wider teams to create concepts, sketches and prototypes
- Effectively communicate and describe your designs to researchers, developers, senior leadership and other designers
- Ability and willingness to multi-task and work with larger team on refine designs based on feedback
- Regularly identifying potential design improvements and possess a problem solver mentality
Requirements
- 6+ years professional design experience for web, desktop and mobile
- Case studies and your portfolio must demonstrate proven innovative design track record
- Experience with a variety of tools and software
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies and adapt differences between teams
- Experience with working in an agile environment
