Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their retail team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to achieve sales targets and service standard
- Manage and oversee daily store operations
- Provide excellent customer services and follow up
- Responsible for manpower and job duties planning and arrangement
- Work with different department to promote brand awareness
- Staff development with coaching
- Prepare management reports
Requirements:
- At least 5 to 8 years working experience in luxury retail with 3 to 5 years management experience
- Able to lead and drive performance with strong leadership and people management skills
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Proficiency in MS office suite
