About our client
Our client is a locally-renowned professional service provider. Due to team expansion, they are now looking for a System Administrator to support their internal user and backend IT infrastructure operation.
About the role
- Providing helpdesk support to internal users with teammates in the infrastructure team
- Responsible for L1&L2 system administration in the on-premise system and cloud environment, including configuring, troubleshooting, documentation, backup, DR planning & patching
- Performing basic daily network operation and support, such as switch & router, Firewall, VPN
- Handling issues escalated from the helpdesk team
- Planning, executing and implementing new infrastructure solutions
- Coordinating with teammates in the infrastructure team for infrastructure projects
Requirements
- Diploma or above holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- With working experience in user support and system administration
- IT support experience in a sizable organization(<200 users) is a plus
- Experience in the system and relevant technologies, such as AD, O365, VMware, Windows/Linux Server, DNS, backup solutions, DR planning, etc.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and relevant technologies
- With cloud experience is a plus
- Good command of English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin)
