About our Client
Our client is an international beauty brand with strong presence around the globe. To cope with business expansion, they are looking for a Training Manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Training Director, you will manage training for wholesale and travel retail channels in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. You will identify training needs and develop and translate training materials that suit the Greater China market. You will establish effective training activity plan to support the brand's marketing calendar. You will deliver face-to-face training to field sales and distributors' trainers on branding and product knowledge. You will also develop and deliver online training. You will manage the training budget effectively and provide the training with qualitative setups and tools. You will evaluate training results and prepare post-training report to top management.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with at least 6 years of training experience in beauty industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Frequent travel is required
