About the Client

An industry leading organization headquartered in Hong Kong with global business presence is now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Vice President, HR Transformation.

About the Role

  • Demonstrable knowledge, skills and experience across a range of subject areas including but not limited to talent acquisition, organization structure, talent development & management, total rewards and HR policy
  • Lead HR process planning, design, documentation, facilitation and implementation in accordance to business objectives
  • Ensure standardization and simplification of processes, roll out of group systems/applications, in line with guidelines set by management
  • Working with HR and related teams to analyse, design and roll-out key HR operating models including processes and systems to meet changing business needs like globalisation of businesses
  • Develop and refine the HR strategy roadmap and change plan while providing input into the on-going HR Strategy development
  • Become a trusted HR advisor to all internal customers

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 15 years of relevant working experience with minimum 3 - 5 years of experience providing HR Transformation consulting services to clients within a consultancy environment
  • Experience in implementing HR system, HR analytics, culture and change management is highly preferred
  • Proven experience of HR process / workflow review and redesign, ideally in a regional and or global setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills
  • Able to create strong relationships with peers and leadership across different functions
  • Able to evaluate employee needs, internal workflows and business processes
