About the Company
Our client is a well-established Youth Association in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an Admin Assistant to support their office for administration and events coordination.
About the Role
Working closely with the Senior Management, you are responsible to coordinate logistics arrangement and support even operational plans for events and activities. Also to coordinate assist in office administration and committee work, also to work and communicate with external and internal parties coordinate and to provide on-site event and activity supervision, coordination including venue set-up and dismantling.
About the Person
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative
- Have experience in handling events coordination
- Good communication skills and can work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
