About the Company
Our client is a luxury Property Management in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an Administration Assistant to support their Leasing and Marketing team.
About the Role
Working closing with the marketing and leasing team, you are responsible to perform general secretarial for both senior management for admin support. To assist the leasing team in the tenancy matters including preparation and execution. Also to assist on interior decorating the residences on open day, and keep good record and filing habit for the team.
About the Person
- Degree holder in any discipline with proper secretarial training is preferred
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in property leasing
- Good interpersonal, communications and organisation skills
- Detail-minded, fast-paced and can work in a timely manner
- Excellent telephone manner and pleasant personality
- Hands on PC skills (including PowerPoint, MS Office, Excel and Chinese word processing)
- Good command of written English and Chinese
