About the Client
Our client is a listed financial investment company with business presence in Hong Kong and Northeast Asia. They are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to support business operation.
About the Role
- Provide general administrative support to the office and department head(s)
- Answer incoming calls, email and correspondences
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Assist in travel booking, expense claiming and calendar management
- Responsible for facilities management and office supplies
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients to ensure smooth business operation
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 1 year of Secretary/ Executive Assistant experience, ideally in a multicultural work environment
- Welcome for fresh graduates as well
- Motivated, flexible and with positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
