Our client is a start up company in Hong Kong providing a platform for people to search for healthcare providers. As the business is expanding, they are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team.
About the Role
Working closely with the partners, you are responsible to assist to handle full-spectrum of office administration duties including office supplies, repair and maintenance, procurement etc. You are also responsible to handle data entry, follow-up daily work and routine report preparation.
About the Person
- Associate degree / advanced diploma in Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of Office Administration working experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate available is highly preferred
