About the Client
Our client is a sizeable retailer with global business presence. Due to the business growth, they are looking for a seasoned Assistant C&B Manager to join and supervise the team.
About the Role
- Report to the C&B Manager, supervise a team of 5
- Responsible for C&B day-to-day operation, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, leave management, taxation and staff injury cases in a professional and efficient manner
- Lead and participate in C&B projects, such as staff cost budget, salary benchmarking, benefits scheme renewal, performance management & tax reporting
- Review of compensation and rewards policies, such as pay/bonus structure and incentive scheme design
- Prepare monthly reports including headcounts & staff cost analysis for management review
- Participate in HRIS projects
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor and/or Master's holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on C&B experience preferably in a sizeable organizations
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Taxation Law and other related ordinances
- Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong learning agility and business acumen
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, PPT & Excel)
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
