About our Client
Our client is a sizeable and well-established Chinese bank. To cope with their business needs, they are now looking for an (Assistant) Human Resources Manager to join their C&B team and held responsible for C&B-related projects.
About the Role
Reporting to the C&B Project Lead, you will be responsible for the following:
- Support the implementation and review of existing C&B practices
- Engage in annual exercises and projects relating to salary adjustments, retention, headcount and workforce planning, salary budgeting and performance management calibration
- Assist in review and revamp of employees' benefits program
- Prepare data and materials for management meetings and reports
- Ensure all C&B operations and practices smooth-running and are compiling with regulatory requirements
- Assist in ad hoc project as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3+ years C&B experience in Banking or Financial Services sector, C&B projects exposure highly regarded
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and statistical skill
- Self-motivated, attention to details and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
