Assistant Manager/Manager Risk Management
About the Client
Our client is an aggressively expanding HK listed company. They are targeting the mass market and have an increasing regional presence. Currently, they are looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager to set up the internal control and risk management function for the business.
About the Role
Reporting to the Department Head, this is a new headcount for risk management. You will help to design and establish risk management framework. You will conduct analysis and work closely with functional and business leaders to identify key risk indicators. You will also help to polish policies and procedures and provide trainings for staff. You will help to prepare risk reports and provide support for Risk Management Committee. You will review existing processes and strengthen internal control. You will manage any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
The Successful Applicant
You should hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. You should have at least 5 years of related risk management/ internal control experience from professional services firms and sizable corporations. You should have relevant professional qualifications, e.g. HKICPA/CIA/CISA. You should be independent, detail-minded and responsible. You should have strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required.
