About The Client
Our client is a well-established retail group in Hong Kong and they are looking for Assistant Project Manager to join their IT Team.
Job Description
- Partner with IT Manager to manage SAP system implementation from scratch to go life
- Responsible for full cycle project management including manage project timeline, budget and deliverables
- Lead the communication with key business users to understand the pain points
- Gather and analyse users' requirement, and translate into function design and solutions
- Work with internal IT team and manage vendor to ensure the project deliverables
- Create user training to enable the user to operate the system appropriately
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of experience in new SAP system launch or system migration
- Experience in implementing SAP S/4 HANA or ECC is a must
- Familiar with FI/CO, SD, MM, PP modules
- Skills in ABAP programming or code reviewing is an absolute advantage
- Solid vendor management experience with the ability to communicate with different users in all levels
- Young, energetic and good a team player
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Cantonese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as System Analyst
