- Work closely with Sales Managers to set guideline for customer service
- Continuously observe and give feedback to the sales team regarding to selling process
- Assist your team and company to achieve a certain level of customer satisfaction
- Educate sales team to deliver an excellence service to customers
- Assist your team to achieve sales target if necessary
Requirement
- Degree holder or any related disciplines
- At least 5 years of management experience in sales or customer service
- Well-organised, able to work under minimum supervision, and Self-motivated
- Presentable, customer oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
