About The Client
Our client is a well-stablished financial institution headquartered in Hong Kong. They are now inviting a seasoned C&B Manager to join as part of the Human Resources team.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of C&B, you will assume the following responsibilities:
- Support the review and development of rewards strategies, this would include short & long-term incentives/commission schemes design, group manpower cost budgeting and benefits review exercises
- Generate and analyse numerical data for management's review on rewards/compensation agenda
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to review existing HR policies and procedures, and ensure legislative compliance, marketing competitiveness and operational effectiveness
- Review performance management policies and guidelines, and support launching e-performance management system
- Support ad hoc HR projects as required
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- University educated in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 8-10+ years of C&B experience from financial services sector
- Familiar with local employment legislation and well-versed with C&B programmes
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communicatios skills
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Team player with a can-do attitude; self-starter requiring minimal supervision
- Willing to be hands on with HR databses maintainance and familiar with Microsofe Office usage
