About Our Client
Our client is a well-known retail conglomerate with strong business presense in Hong Kong and China. Due to the steady business growth, they are looking for a C&B Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Responsible on full spectrum of C&B tasks and activities including but not limited to payroll approval, benefits scheme renewal, job grading alignment, incentive scheme review and staff cost analysis
- Conduct C&B annual exercise such as salary and bonus review
- Design and review C&B program, policies and projects to improve overall competitiveness of the company
- Consolidate and prepare regular reports for management review
- Assist in any ad-hoc HR projects if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
- With 10+ years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably from sizeable companies
- Proven track record on both C&B operation and projects handling
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Dynamic, outspoken and reliable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
