Our client is a reputable luxury brand, they are currently looking for a seasoned C&B officer to join the team and handle C&B payroll operation.
About the Role
- Responsible for full set of C&B operation including payroll, incentive & commission calculation, final payment, MPF and leave management
- Manage benefits administration such as medical plan enrolment
- Maintain HR database and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in budget planning and annual exercises review
- Assist in any adhoc tasks if required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 3 years of experience in C&B operation, ideally from retail industry
- Detail-minded, organized and with positive attitude
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
