About the Client
Our client is a sizable FMCG retailer in Hong Kong. In order to cope with their business development and marketing plan, they are now looking for an experienced Creative Manager who will be responsible for all online and offline marketing creative materials.
About the Role
- Serving as the creative lead for any promotion materials and to supervise the whole production process
- Lead and manage a creative team and to ensure all design solutions will be delivered on time with great proficiency
- Work closely with different internal stakeholders to gather insights to develop the creative concept and insights
- Manage external vendors to ensure the deliverable are delivered in good quality and on time
The Successful Applicant
- Qualification in advertising, design, graphic, art or any related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years of working experience in the retail industry or any relevant agency setting experience
- Team management experience for a Creative Design Team is required
- Strong presentation skills for both internal and external creative presentations
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Illustration, InDesign, Photoshop, Page layout, Desktop publishing and Presentation software (e.g. Powerpoint, Keynote)
- Candidate with Photography and videography skill-sets will be an advantage
- Excellent command in English, and Chinese
