About Our Client:
Our client is reputable international fashion retail, with their expension they are now looking for right candidate to join them.
Responsibility:
- Assisting customers via emails, calls and online chats in English and Chinese globally on a daily basis
- Providing personalised solution and frequent follow-up to each contact
- Supporting worldwide stores operations to resolve retail issues
- Liaising with internal departments as well as external parties to fulfil and expedite customers' requests
- Facilitating after sales services - Handling and transforming complaints to positive customer experiences
- Boosting online sales by providing purchase process assistance and fashion advice
- Translating shipping addresses of orders to English
Requirement:
- 1-2 years customer service experience with Excellent verbal Cantonese and Mardarin; written English language communication skills are essential.
- Possess a genuine passion for delivering world class customer service.
- Demonstrable experience in front line customer service role, ideally within Contact Centre environment.
